Team coaching is focused on perfecting the functioning of teams mainly in the field of communication and cooperation.
In the course of team coaching a group of people working with each other every day is encouraged to analyze the reactive mind in order to determine the strong and weak sides of the team, together work out methods of handling occurring difficulties, and plan the manner of implementing changes.
The essence of planned the change may be to implement new methods of communication or principles concerning working as a team. Change planned in such a manner is then monitored and after a certain time the team meets again during a follow-up session in order to assess the effects of implementing the change and carry out any possible corrections. Such classes aim not only at perfecting the functioning of a team and improving the atmosphere, but also increase the level of auto-reflection because they allow to act with more proactive awareness.
