Managerial coaching is aimed for managers and those who are focused on perfecting managerial skills.
The goal of a manager is to perform, together with the coach, an overview of managerial methods in order to determine the strong and weak sides of own functioning on a managerial position. That way fields which require improvement are being determined, and later individual work during sessions is devoted to these fields. This work may concern the skills of controlling and executing orders, commissioning tasks, handling talks with subordinates, motivating development, etc.
Therefore every project of managerial coaching is unique because it constitutes an answer to the needs of a specific person, supporting that person in more efficient and conscious management.
