Because Saturn, Pluto and the South Node are in Capricorn, Capricorn is a sensitive point in everyone’s chart in April. The South is Node related to karma and payback. It can manifest in a positive or negative way, but it always comes with a resolution.
If someone owes you something, you may finally get in April. If you owe something to someone, April is a good time to honor your commitment. Capricorn is all about commitment and playing by the rules, so you really want to keep your promises and act from your higher self in April.
Capricorn is also the sign of hierarchies. “Hierarchy” doesn't mean only who’s the boss, but also what are the unwritten rules of the society. For example, you can play the role of the teacher at home, and the role of a student at work. Or vice-versa.

On April 2nd, 2019 Mercury is conjunct Neptune at 17° Pisces. Mercury has been conjunct Neptune for a while now. This is the 3rd Mercury-Neptune conjunction (the other two happened on February 19th and on March 24th).
In the last two weeks especially, when Mercury and Neptune have been close to each other, your mind may have been blown… or melted. You may have experienced both confusion and breakthroughs. The 3rd conjunction on April 2nd is the “final act” and will bring the much-needed clarity and direction. Things will finally start to make sense.
Neptune has opened new portals of awareness for you. You now understand why your mind works the way it does. If you were blindfolded, now you can see again.
April 4th, 2019 - South Node Conjunct Pluto
On April 4th, 2019 the South Node is conjunct Pluto at 23° Capricorn. Pluto is the planet of power. Power can be used for good or for bad. South Node is about consequences - consequences of actions from this lifetime or previous lifetimes.
Around this date, you will gain a better understanding of the consequences of power. And because Pluto will soon turn retrograde, you want to reflect on what can you change about your relationship to power so you can use it for good.
Of course, good and bad are relative terms. But this is when you need to trust the Universe. The Nodes already know what’s necessary from a cosmic - not only individual - perspective. Your role right now is to understand the larger context of your existence.
April 5th, 2019 - New Moon In Aries
On April 5th, 2019 we have a New Moon at 15° Aries. The New Moon is square Saturn at 20° Capricorn. You are full of initiative. You want to act. You want everything NOW.
But this New Moon is about learning how to discriminate between what is ‘very’ important, and what is really important.
If something is urgent, it doesn’t mean it is important. Aries is a cardinal, “me first” sign, so make sure that whatever initiatives you start now are aligned with who you truly are, and with your sense of integrity.
April 10th, 2019 - Jupiter Goes Retrograde
Jupiter goes retrograde at 24° Sagittarius. On the same day, Venus is conjunct Neptune at 17° Pisces and Sun is square the Nodes of the Moon.
Jupiter represents your belief system. When Jupiter goes retrograde, it is a good time to reflect on what you believe in. Are your beliefs still a reflection of the person you’ve become?
Because the Sun is square the Nodes of the Moon, you feel at a crossroad. “It’s now or never” - you may say to yourself. “I want to live a life of purpose, I want to do something meaningful”.
And you are right. No matter your current circumstances, your age, your religion, et cetera, you have the right, the chance and the responsibility, to live a life of purpose.
The secret? Unconditional love (Venus conjunct Neptune). When we love, whether or not we get something in return, this is when we align ourselves with the laws of the Universe.
